Sessions will typically last for one hour, with a limited number of participants assigned to each trampoline. This arrangement ensures that all participants have more opportunities to jump. Each session will begin with a warm-up, followed by individual turns on the trampoline. Participants will receive approximately half of the session time for coaching, while the other half will be dedicated to practicing and consolidating their skills.
