Download & Fill in Medical Form & Terms, Fill in submission form #(below) and press submit, we will then confirm your start date.
Sessions will typically last for one hour, with a limited number of participants assigned to each group. This arrangement ensures that all participants have more opportunities to jump.
Each session will begin with a warm-up, followed by going on apparatus with their groups with a coach leader.
